You forgot gift tags and writing on packages makes you feel like a slacker. Raid the holiday cards you received this year and cut off the covers. You now have a nice stack of gift tags and did at least one green thing this holiday.

If you know a few people with a sense of humor, use the family portrait cards in your stack. Children during their awkward years + geeky sweaters is comedy gold.

You forgot a guest. Maybe the neighbor or that quiet cousin. It’s OK, it happens. Here’s a gift you can throw together in 3 minutes.

Place some cookies in a coffee mug you’ve been waiting to re-gift and wrap it in tissue paper.

You’re about to leave for a party and forgot a gift for the host. Throw a bottle of champagne or wine (or whatever booze you have in the house) in a stocking and you’re good to go.

Tomorrow you come home to a romantic dinner for two on the table. Aww and roses, how sweet. And then it hits you, it’s February 14th.FUCK! So, you forgot Valentine’s Day. Here’s how you save your ass.

Grab construction paper, sharpie, glue stick, scissors, and deck of cards. Then hide in the bathroom until you’ve made the following three things. Remember, your love is stronger than all that Hallmark crap. Or at least that’s what you’re going to tell your boyfriend… before quoting John Lennon. All you need is love.

1. A Paper Rose. Make a few of these roses found on Dozi Design.

2. A Thoughtful Card. Yep the ones you made when you were a kid. Best to get sappy in this one.
